An award-winning international law firm is looking for a Communications professional to join a friendly, collaborative and creative team as Communications Advisor.

As a key member of the BD team, you will be integral to its success and impact. You will sit in the Marketing Communications team and will work under the direction of the Head of Marketing and the Communications Manager, supporting all areas of communications with a specific focus on developing and improving the firm's international communications and employee engagement initiatives. This will involve supporting and influencing Global Business Services Directors and other senior stakeholders such as Partners and international BD colleagues. The Communications Advisor will work with the Communications Manager to develop the strategy for and delivery of, the firm's internal communications programme that support the firm's vision, values and strategy. You will be expected to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders to adopt best internal communications practice and will be responsible for producing creative and engaging content across various channels to reflect the firm's brand, tone of voice and style guide and manage the production of internal newsletters, videos, presentations and other content, including copy-writing, editing and proofreading. The successful candidate will also maintain an effective communications infrastructure of tools and channels that enable flexible agile and creative communication. These will include, but are not limited to, intranet, video, online newsletters and email bulletins working closely with the firm's digital team.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience of successfully developing and delivering internal communications in a global professional services firm to ideally include intranet experience. The role would suit a confident and well-organised self-starter, with a strong ability to gain the respect and trust of stakeholders. The Communications Advisor will also possess excellent editorial and writing skills, with a strong ability to flex across a number of styles.
