This is a fantastic SBM role, a real “one off”! Our client is a progressive, forward thinking business and one growing exponentially. They want to continue growing fast and the SBM will be directly responsible for leading brand and product launches to achieve this objective. The SBM will identify new brand and product launch opportunities, assessing a huge portfolio of global brands already in existence and launching them into European markets. This is a newly created role.
In summary, this SBM will identify opportunities and white spaces for launching existing brands and products which might need a tweak here and there for European markets. The role will involve;
- market opportunity scoping
- business case scenario planning
- working with local markets
- deciding the product mix
- writing concepts and testing
- working with R&D to refine products
- building the P&L
- working with agencies to develop launch assets
Then everything is handed to the local markets for activation.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercials, previous P&L management and the ability to manage local market stakeholders. This could be someone with a background in global/regional brand marketing or someone working in a local European market.
FMCG or CPG experience is a must and personal care experience would be preferred, however broader category experience will also be considered so please email your CV to Janine@tarshpartnership.co.uk
