This is a great opportunity for a talented and ambitious Brand Manager to help build an exciting and compelling 3 year innovation pipeline for our food client.  The role reports to the Innovation Controller and is a role focussed solely on marketing strategy, ideation and project management. 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • To lead specific projects in the innovation pipeline from ideation stage to launch
  • Develop a pipeline of concepts based on solid consumer insight
  • Be a champion for the category and an expert in trends across all channels

Experiences & Competencies

  • FMCG brand management or innovation experience preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Sound commercial orientation and financial acumen
  • Awareness of innovation methodologies
  • Project management – able to plan and lead projects and ensure key milestones are met
  • Results oriented - able to lead projects independently with a drive for high quality and delivery
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. Desire to continuous look for new ideas and ways of working
