We’re seeking a Community Manager to lead our alumni programme and develop a growing and active community, bringing together a diverse group of entrepreneurs and scaleup business leaders who are disrupting traditional industries, putting engineering innovations at the heart of society. In this new, high profile role, you will be responsible for creating and executing best in class alumni programme. This will be achieved by building relationships with the entrepreneurs, business leaders we support and key stakeholders, be it Fellows of the Academy, investors, mentors, specialist advisors and corporate community. You will deliver a suite of quality events in the UK and around the world. You will also produce insightful data and stories about alumni successes.

Your impact on the future of engineering innovation will be considerable; we work with the very best of engineering and tech entrepreneurs and business leaders who are commercialising groundbreaking technologies. With the people skills to build relationships with stakeholders from entrepreneurship community, industry and government, you will bring significant experience of supporting innovation. Naturally, you should be adept at managing networks, leading projects and you will share our deep passion for engineering, technology and entrepreneurship. A tech background would be very useful, but it’s your relationship management and commitment to delivery, supported by meticulous attention to detail that will matter most.
