The main responsibility of this role is to proactively implement a firm-wide communications strategy that assists in achieving the firm's strategic objectives, especially in relation to growth and business development.

* Building scalable, agile and efficient content management processes.

* Using market research to develop content that reflects our firmwide thought leadership.

* Working closely with all teams to fulfil content requests and maintain the content calendar.

* Creating innovative and impactful content that optimises the path to conversion, including insight articles, online resources, website landing pages and emails.

* Preparing content for marketing and sales collateral, including capability brochures, client proposals and direct mail.

* Implementing the firm's PR plan, including researching, planning and submitting press releases, industry awards and tender applications.

* Exploring advertising opportunities, media sponsorship or advertising placement, including presence at trade shows and conferences.

* Developing and implementing our internal communications and employee engagement strategy.
