An organised and driven Event and Marketing Manager is required to join the EMEA and APAC team of a rapidly growing global advisory and expert services firm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing, overseeing and supporting the execution of a portfolio of 70-100 internal and external events from sending invitations and dealing with registration to overseeing budgets and ensuring timely delivery
- Communicating and maintaining timelines for each event and conference
- Creating and drafting social media posts to promote events
- Producing supporting collateral for events
- Establishing relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Using metrics to assess and report on effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborating in the development of internal communications
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in Event Management, Marketing or Communications and experience of working autonomously to deliver multiple events within a professional services/B2B environment. An understanding of using Salesforce would be an advantage.
