One of the UK's most talked about law firms is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join its award-winning marketing team. This young, vibrant and dynamic team would suit someone who is hard working, has a keen eye for detail and is good at co-ordinating tasks. Responsibilities will include:

* Collate press coverage updating the intranet, press books and distributing to lawyers/directors
* Updating the marketing database with deal and work experience
* Compiling a weekly competitor analysis report
* Printing and collating reports and marketing materials for lawyers and the team
* Assisting with events including venue sourcing, invitations and registrations
* Editing videos and audio from events (full training will be given)
* Assisting with the reporting of results from marketing campaigns and projects
* Assisting with business development activities including research and list development
* Organising meetings and booking travel/accommodation when required
* Managing receipts and expenses for the team
* Managing the lawyer onboarding file and ensuring the team deliver a seamless service
* Updating online listings for new lawyers joining the firm
* Assisting on any other tasks as required by the team

The ideal candidate will be a highly confident and organised graduate or equivalent who enjoys multi-tasking and managing a range of activities in a timely and efficient manner. The Marketing Assistant must also be confident with computers, with a very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and must possess impeccable attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills. The confidence to communicate and interface with people at all levels of the firm will be essential.
