The PR, Social and Content Manager role is designed to create, lead and deliver the company PR and social strategy and execute this, while maintaining and driving a coherent and agile content plan. This is a great opportunity for the right person to define and shape the most effective and efficient PR for consumer and trade and thus contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key areas of accountability are:

* Lead and deliver the company public relations, social media strategy and annual plans and act as key editor to annual content calendar, scheduling features on social channels

* Establish and nurture relationships with key titles, channels and influencers

* Monitor and report coverage and key activities

* Lead and deliver the company public relations and social media strategy and annual plans

* Define the company PR strategy, draft key documentation and write PR releases for trade and consumer to drive brand awareness and sales

* Work alongside Product Managers to devise and create annual content-led, sustained editorial PR campaigns for agreed product priorities as well as supporting new product launches, marketing initiatives and the overall brand focus on driving global media coverage

* Lead developing market specific plans and PR events across key target markets including UK, US (North & South), Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia

* Identify opportunities and develop business and trade stories

* Draft press releases, statements and responses to interviews and media inquiries

* Lead a flexible yet consistent content strategy across social, email and website, acting as key contributor to update social media platforms

* Working in conjunction with the Digital Manager, plan and schedule an imaginative and visually compelling programme of social media posts using platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn ensuring a tone of voice and imagery appropriate to brand throughout


Key Competencies/ Experience

* Educated to Graduate Level

* 8+ years Professional related experience with public relations, journalism, social media/digital marketing, or related function

* A track record of delivering on major consumer and retail PR campaign

* Experience in using a range of social media channels and scheduling / measurement tools with exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills

* The ability to interface with and advise senior leadership.

* Experience and cultural understanding for markets in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions

* Outstanding judgement and creative problem-solving skills as well as excellent interpersonal and strong communicator; ability to convey complex issues concisely and accurately

* Able to run multiple successful campaigns and projects simultaneously

* Good organizational and administration attributes

* Commercially minded

* Demonstrated change and resilient mindset with a can-do attitude to make new things happen

* Ability to travel 5-10 times per year

* Presentation skills are a must

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a must.

* Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages and advantage
