The Retail Marketing Executive Role:
The role of the Marketing Executive is to support Marketing on the delivery of key initiatives, in developing and executing marketing campaigns, contributing to the overall success of the company's branding activity. To be an active member of the marketing team supporting internal and external communication, external partnerships and collaborations and PR initiatives.
+ Manage marketing campaigns and communications – strategic brand & direction, in store and external marketing activity, merchandising, point of sale
+ Restaurant marketing – create and innovate campaigns and menu development
+ Supporting PR activity
+ Lead consumer research and report findings, and to assist in market research and competitor analysis
+ Support new product development and new product launches
+ Manage External Partnerships and Collaborations – PR, promotional, events
+ Support on point of sale print and logistics
+ To assist in visiting and support stores to ensure visual standards are maintained
Skill and Technical Requirements:
+ Strong knowledge and experience in food retail or food hospitality industry
+ Strong Project management skills
+ Commercially aware
+ Good planning and excellent organisation skills, completer/finisher
+ Computer literate (word, PowerPoint, excel and e-commerce) able to produce quality reports
+ Self-driven, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels
+ Adaptable and flexible
+ Exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and enthusiasm to internal and external stakeholders
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Able to operate in a fast changing and challenging environment
+ Customer focused with a ‘can do’ approach
+ Good attention to detail and accurate in work
