Aggregator and Affiliates Manager

£44k - £48k per annum, plus bonus and benefits

A rapidly-growing and successful fin-tech challenger in the credit-building cards space is currently looking to expand their team with the addition of an Aggregator and Affiliates Manager.

The successful person will work in a high-visibility role to drive the success of aggregator and affiliates relationships and will have strong technical, analytical and commercial knowledge.

This is a critical role to the business as part of a new team, where you'll support the senior manager in own-brand new customer acquisition across two of their flagship brands.

You will be ultimately responsible for acquiring new customer through developing, optimising and executing against a marketing plan via affiliates and aggregators in the price comparison space.

The role combines management as well as operational execution, from forming credible business plans to managing the strategic partnerships in a client-facing, and internal partner facing capacity.

You will also have budgetary and financial responsibility, ensuring that marketing activity performs against targets.

Key responsibilities:

* Delivering new budgeted accounts within agreed marketing spend and CPA.
* Developing plans to optimise marketing activity and identify new customer and commercial opportunities.
* Motivating existing affiliate and aggregators partners to deliver maximum exposure of product lines, managing any under-performance or deviations successfully.
* Leading operations in such a way as to enable the affiliates and aggregators to perform to their optimum capability and expectation.
* Collaborating with New Product Development team members on pricing and product strategy across core partnerships.
* Creating and proposing new promotions and incentives to distribute to affiliate networks.
* Tracking and analysing metrics - i.e. click to sale conversions and evaluating programme effectiveness.
* Managing affiliate billing processes, including invoicing and payments.
* Working closely with legal, risk and compliance teams on compliance in all areas of marketing activity.
* Identifying and recruiting new affiliates and aggregators to the programme.
* Reviewing aggregator websites, competitor insights and marketing practices.
* Setting service expectations.
* Campaign and link management.

Essential skills/experience:

* Proven track record of delivery against targets, e.g. volume, cost, quality, etc.
* Able to proactively respond to risks and opportunities across all channels.
* Track record of managing third party relationships - ideally similar marketing and affiliates partnerships.
* Proven analytical skills, monitoring and analysing in-campaign and post-campaign performance and reacting to changes as needed.
* Relevant subject matter knowledge preferred - ideally consumer financial services, credit card or another regulated industry, such as telecoms or gambling.
* Familiarity with the price comparison website industry is a significant plus.
