My client are a leading, thriving business based in the Heart of South - West London!


Main responsibilities of the Social Media & Influencer Manager based from the head office in South - West London, will be but not limited to:

* Strategy: Develop and implement a social media & influencer strategy that effectively meets marketing and business objectives. Devise and execute social & influencer campaigns as part of wider marketing strategies, working closely with other marketing streams to ensure synergy and alignment.
* Influencer: Manage the influencer outreach program, overseeing end to end process of identification and selection, contract negotiation, content briefing, execution and reporting
* Publishing: Plan and optimise the global social content calendar. Regularly communicating content and messaging updates with wider team and external parties. Manage publishing across multiple platforms and markets, plan logistics around live events and capability to react to external drivers.
* Content: Brief in content requirements for campaigns and projects to creative team, incorporating data lead learnings and best practise. Share content performance learnings and devise strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement.
* Media: Manage paid social budget, ensuring activity is targeted at relevant audience and budget is allocated where appropriate to achieve KPI's.
* Localisation: Working closely with wider team to ensure activity is co-ordinated across regions as appropriate and to ensure campaigns and messages localised effectively.
* Community: Identifying opportunities to engage with and develop stronger relationships with our communities. Work closely with Customer Service manager to ensure all CS contacts are identified and dealt with in line with agreed targets.
* Reporting & Insights: Strong understanding of all platform metrics, ability to interpret data into actionable insights and present to wider team & business.
* Trends & Innovation: Staying on top of, and proactively sharing trends in Social and wider digital landscape.
* Team management - coaching and developing other members of this growing and buzzing team!


The successful Social Media & Influencer Manager will currently have good knowledge and understanding managing social media & influencer activity and exceptional knowledge and understanding of the Social Media landscape - including strategy development, content planning and management, paid media and targeting, optimisation and publishing algorithms, building and engaging communities, social listening and reporting, planning and execution of social & influencer led campaigns.

Job Offer
