Innovation Marketing Manager for our leading grocery client is a key role and business critical. The role focusses on delivering the Retailer Brands strategy and growing the business by developing insight driven, profitable, and sustainable NPD that will lead category growth and excite customers.
As Innovation Marketing Manager, you will develop and lead Retailer Brands innovation strategy, including Christmas. You will be the main point of day-to-day contact for key customer product developers and proactively develop concepts and lead NPD meetings.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in FMCG innovation/brand management (including experience of the product launch and stage gate process), and a track record of launching successful products in market that are insight led and consumer driven. Strategic planning and innovation pipelinng experience is essential, as is stakeholder management. Commercialisation experience is helpful, but this role is more focused on the front end - concept creation and the creation and presentation of business proposals.
