Its UK head office in Weybridge has a dynamic marketing team working with new technologies and advanced expertise that reinforces its status as a global organisation and offers an outstanding office environment with modern facilities.
We are partnering to recruit the job of Product Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Product Marketing Manager you will lead outbound marketing activities for your product category. You'll be responsible for presenting their products in ways that will strengthen the brand and boost sales by developing customer insight / journey mapping / voice of customer initiatives as well as defining the product marketing approach and leading on local level with relevant stakeholders - including insights, GTM, marcomms, shopper marketing and planning. You will plan integrated campaigns, including management of communication, and define the demand generation tactics and marketing channels needed to achieve company goals. At the same time, understanding the impact of, and actions required, from competitor activity and promotions.

You will oversee each product launch stream ensuring customer expectations are met in a timely and clear manner; lead and execute the market & industry research to identify the business opportunities and develop the strategy for business growth; and liaise with Head office to understand HQ product strategy and translate for the local market - working within a truly global business.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a Product Marketing role will see you succeed, and this experience coupled with knowledge of consumer industries such as FMCG, Electronics or Retail will be highly beneficial. You will have strong background in developing marketing campaigns with the use of POS materials and you will be comfortable in a customer facing role.
You will have strong Product Marketing experience with good project management & time management skills. You will work well leading cross functional teams, collaboratively, and will be well-versed in marketing strategies, with a track-record of successful launches. You will have experience of communicating and presenting data with an emphasis on the insight the data delivers, with a good understanding of the UK retail landscape.

What you'll get in return
