As a Senior Account Manager you will be expected to oversee campaigns and reporting as well as being main point of contact for your clients (within the grocery space). You will need to have strong commercial skills to influence your clients and demonstrate how your strategy and the data will allow them to hit their business targets.
Previous experience working in loyalty/CRM marketing, strong analytical and commercial skills will be necessary. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting to clients, be a good team player and happy to step outside of their comfort zone to drive growth for both clients and the agency.
