Create powerful campaigns that have an impact on the lives of Londoners

From encouraging people to change their behaviour to stay safe, to attracting candidates to become new police constables – our Marketing and Communications team has an incredibly varied job. As an Assistant Campaigns Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of our work, touching the lives of Londoners through unique and powerful projects.

Our Directorate of Media & Communications (DMC) handles all aspects of marketing, media relations and internal communications. You’ll be part of the Marketing team, where you’ll work with colleagues across the department to help develop integrated campaigns spanning paid for marketing, internal communications and media.

Tackling day-to-day marketing and working closely with agencies, you’ll support the Campaigns and Marketing manager in delivering all elements of the campaign from giving briefs and managing production, to attending photo and film shoots. You’ll also be given the opportunity to lead on a wide range of design led marketing projects and provide branding and marketing advice to the rest of the organisation.

An experienced professional, you’ve delivered integrated communication before and understand how different channels work together. You’ve also got strong project management skills and budget management experience. With great communication skills, you’ll be ready to play your part in a small, friendly marketing team.

To apply, please visit our website to download a role specific information pack. Applications will be via a detailed CV, personal statement and online application form.

We view diversity as fundamental to our success. To tackle today’s complex policing challenges, we need a workforce made up from all of London’s communities. Applications from across the community are therefore essential.
