Interested in a move to Singapore? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced business development specialist to join one of the largest and leading law firms in Singapore.

The Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Manager will lead business development and marketing activities in a way which promotes the profile of the firm, develops key account relationships and enables revenue growth and will be responsible for the development of new business opportunities. The role holder will enjoy a broad role with key responsibilities including the formulation of business plans and strategies, driving the implementation of business development and marketing initiatives and reporting on regularly on their progress. On the business development side, you will be tasked with developing and delivering pitches and tender responses and developing and implementing campaigns to grow new and existing business. You will also be expected to champion the use of the firm's CRM system and contribute to the firm's Client Account Programme through identification of key accounts. The successful candidate will also be involved in broader marketing and communications, managing marketing materials and activities in support of the business development agenda, including brochures, directory submissions, web pages, social media, seminars and conferences.

The chosen candidate be a bright graduate or equivalent with a background in business development and marketing within a legal services organisation and a good understanding of the role that business development and marketing plays within an international legal environment. The Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Manager will also be an effective team-player with the energy and enthusiasm to drive new business initiatives, influence partners and analyse and deliver results whilst paying attention to detail.
