This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally and data savvy Business Director or Business Development Director to join a thriving media agency.
Your role will focus on the control and management of teams that will respond to incoming tenders to ensure that the process, proposal and final bid are converted successfully into new business wins.
Creating the right team to respond to each tender is key and you will have charge of sourcing the best skills within the business for each tender.
Also supporting the Account Management team on the top tier client relationships, offering strategic development ideas to maximise revenue.
Able to drive new business opportunities and develop USPs for the business, you’ll work with the board to develop strategy and with senior managers in the business to develop services and products that could add value.
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has a real strength in digital marketing along with a good understanding of data-driven marketing ideally. You are entrepreneurial and commercially focused, used to working in the business development arena and have great client-facing and team management skills.
Articulate, able to create a brilliant proposal and find the best solutions and ideas to create the winning response to tender, you are able to lead the way for others.
