This role will be supporting global business units in the creation and deployment of learning modules through a variety of tools, storylines and Videos.

Description

Manager the design, development, and deployment of a variety of learning solutions (web-based learning, Instructor-led training/lunch and learn sessions, virtual training sessions, learning resources and online guides)

Develop and implement communication strategies and tools to support the learning offer deployment across the business


Profile

To be considered for this role you will have operated as an instructional designer or similar, previously.

You will also be able to draw on a broad skill set and experience

You should have experience of tools such as Storyline, Rise, Adapt, Adobe etc.

Video and editing experience (advantageous)

Scripting skills would be an advantage



You will ideally be well versed in e-learning and possess a creative approach.

Personal organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and a strong focus on project execution are essential to delivering top quality training deliverables on time and on budget.

Competitive daily rate for a mid-long term contract, easily commutable from Central London, Middlesex, Surrey and Berkshire with 2 days working from home a week!
