* Support the Head of Marketing in the implementation of the marketing strategy and national retail calendar, supporting campaigns, key trading dates and local centre initiatives that support the strategic marketing goals.





* Support the launch of new initiatives either nationally or to local markets, e.g. new centre openings, rebrands or refurbishments, new games.





* Support the implementation and adoption of updated brand communications.





* Manage the measurement of the effectiveness of marketing activities.





* Demonstrate sound commercial awareness throughout marketing activities.





* Manage the implementation and maintenance of marketing information systems to support the business.





* Manage the support of centre and regional teams with tactical marketing initiatives for attraction/engagement/retention of customers, administering requests from centres using marketing support systems and using marketing expertise and with support from the marketing executive or assistant.



* Manage relationships with key suppliers to KPI's, including creative agencies, print and stock management, PR, Media, merchandise, graphic designers.



* Identify and champion opportunities to enhance customer experience along the customer journey.



* Represent the marketing team for selected projects.



* Manager research and customer insight analysis.



* Create, develop and manage marketing assets, including writing copy for different audiences and channels, collateral creations, POS, video, digital images, social media content.



* Managing the national charity partnership to maximising the exposure of activities and fundraising, raising the profile of the brand.



* Manage the programme of PR activity including brand activations, news hijacking opportunities, local and regional media competitions, maximising the opportunity of influencers for campaigns and to support initiatives.



* Produce multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns and support the marketing team to deliver across channels for all customer groups, e.g. internal comms, website, social media, POS, eComms, in-centre screens and music.



* Give brand guidance support for the marketing team, including across web, social media and CRM.



* Manage the print and stock management system.



* Keep accurate records of costs and ROI across all marketing activities you are involved in.



* Responsible for the accurate recording of costs and invoices against the central marketing budget.



* Line management of a team of two.

* Degree educated or equivalent



* Strong understanding of marketing strategy and tactics



* Good knowledge and experience of working with the full marketing mix, branding principles, integrated marketing communications, risk and reputation management, customer experience, digital integration, partnership management and product management





* Passion for championing the customer and using insights to drive customer experience improvements across the customer journey





* 5+ years previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced, commercially focused multi-site business





* Passion and track record for working with creative, content, PR and print agencies





* Knowledge of and experience of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, performance media, and content creation, and influencer campaigns





* Experience of monitoring and measuring, e.g. through brand tracking and campaign performance measurement





* Analysis the effectiveness of initiatives including pre and post evaluations





* Management of external agencies including print, creative, PR, content





* Budget management





* Team management
