The role of Marketing Brand Manager will be in charge of managing new clinic launches, brand awareness and measuring brand activity metrics to inform future marketing strategy. You will have full ownership on brand and communication strategies, ensuring strong ROI and customer enquiries.

The role of Marketing Brand Manager is for a well established private health company who have capitalised on their success in a specialist area to expand the number of clinics they run.


The role of Marketing Brand Manager will include the following responsibilities:
Drive brand awareness through the creation of commercially sound brand and communication plans
Lead on activity around new clinic launches, to drive immediate enquiries
Work closely with the sales team around driving new customer enquiries, conversions and the brand journey
Act as brand guardian, ensuring tone of voice and ethical/social values are clearly communicated at all stages of interaction
Work closely with the digital to ensure alignment of activities


The successful candidate will possess the following:
Have worked in a brand focused marketing role, in a fast pace and/or high growth environment
Must have sound strategic knowledge and able to demonstrate how past plans have positively impacted lead generation and conversions for new customers
have a good knowledge across offline and online marketing techniques
Able to create and drive 'emotion focused' campaigns and customer journeys
Be highly data driven in approach to reporting, able to clearly critique areas of weakness and how to continually improve activity
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
