A successful, Bath-based Ecommerce business is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to drive growth across multiple territories.

Our client is an exciting, growing Ecommerce organisation based in Bath.


Description

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for 4 Ecommerce platforms. The Ecommerce Manager will drive traffic to all 4 sites, ensuring long term acquisition and retention of both an existing and new customer base. The successful candidate will seek to improve customer engagement and sales conversation through development of Content, Email Marketing, SEO, PPC and Affiliates, all the while establishing and monitoring key measures of success.

Leading a team, the Ecommerce Manager will plan, define and implement web changes and functional improvements to ensure the most positive User Experience. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall merchandising of the store and managing the product range. Working with the Marketing and Supply Chain functions, the successful candidate will ensure to feedback into the NPD process, and all the while looking for opportunities to grow each brand.

This role is office-based in Bath.


Profile

The successful candidate will:

* Have operated in a similar role managing E-commerce (product based), ideally managing D2C sales across different territories

* Have an acquisition and retention track record

* Be experienced in a fast-paced environment

* Have experience of improving online user journeys and conversion rates

* Have worked with third party suppliers, trade partners and supply chain management

* Have experience working with Google Docs is preferable, but not essential

* Have Magento 2 as well as other tools to enhance online user experience, such as Yieldify would be ideal

* Have a solid understand of CMS

* Have strong business analysis skills and a good knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools

* Have stakeholder management and communication skills

* Team Player, with a hands on approach

* Have an interest in sports
