Sales Manager paying £25,500 per annum 2.5 days per week based in London

A not for profit organisation that specialises in the engineering sector.

Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business and maintaining the existing client base for a well-regarded industry brand in a sector making a significant difference to the UK economy. The current business includes Infrastructure Intelligence in print and online, a successful conference for European CEOs in consulting and engineering and a series of smaller high-level events which provide a solid foundation to move the business from start-up into a sustainable growth.

What you'll need to succeed

* Track record of success in a publishing, business development and management role, preferably in an event, media or communications-based organisation
* Demonstrable passion and desire to identify, pursue and win new business, with drive to succeed
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and effective business relationships
* Previous successful budget responsibility with a proven track-record in client account management
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
* Demonstrable ability of working and delivering to targets.
