Our client is a market leading, direct to consumer food business, delivering weekly to thousands of families across the UK.
They are looking for an insight professional with a combination of in-house and agency experience and recent or current experience working within a direct to consumer/online subscription model business to join their team.
Leading a team of 3 insights professionals, you will be responsible for leading the consumer & customer insight strategy.
You will work closely with the brand and growth teams to develop engaging propositions, brand and digital experiences, that continue to grow the brand and create best in class customer experience.
Working with the Innovation team you will develop and deliver consumer-centric innovation, optimised through consumer research and validation.
This is a fast paced and varied environment – so you must be good at managing multiple tasks, juggling and prioritising.
- Recent or current experience from with an online subscription business
- An experienced team leader across Insights with the ability to inspire and engage direct reports to be the best they can be
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cooperative, productive relationships with internal clients and vendors and influence at senior level inc C-suite & CEO
- Expertise across consumer & customer research including innovation, brand, user experience and shopper/ growth
- Experience of in-house research tools & methodologies (online sources, surveys, interviews etc.)
- Experience of managing agency relationships ensuring best business outcomes
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written & presentations skills
- You have bags of energy, proactive and a great collaborator who thrives in a fast paced environment
