The Head of Digital Marketing will develop & implement the overall digital marketing strategy and the planning & execution of all digital activity relating to the company's online presence.

My client is a well-known Sussex employer, with offices based near Brighton; you will be working for a forward thinking organisation who truly embrace digital.


The Head of Digital marketing will support senior leadership with the overall digital marketing strategy. You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure excellent user experience across all digital channels.

* This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the projects and work with key stakeholders in the business to deliver increased conversion in a focused area

* You will lead customer journey programs, delivering incisive content at the right time to key audiences

* You will drive the team forwards, technically and strategically, in how we can best utilise automation within marketing to deliver better results.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong technical digital marketing background (particularly SEO, PPC, UX etc). In addition, you will possess strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of working with internal and external stakeholders. Key skills/expertise include:

* Highly technically proficient across all major digital marketing platforms such as AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and more
* Data driven - strong experience of delivering and optimising PPC and Paid Social campaigns to performance metrics
* Excellent stakeholder management
* A brave & ambitious approach to achieving growth.
