Better Placed are delighted to be partnering up with a market leader within the travel industry, who due to growth are looking for a Head of Studio / Creative Director to join their well established team.

Your purpose is to lead, shape and inspire the creative team to create high-quality, insight-led integrated communications and content, bringing the brand to life across various different channels, meeting brand and direct response objectives. Within this role you will need to be the driving force behind the brand, the storytelling, the photography, the video and the overall brand identity!!

As the Head of Studio / Creative Director you will be responsible for raising the creative bar and helping to create a team of happy and proud experts within the creative field.

Main Responsibilities :

- Lead a team and take responsibility for their creative learning and development

- Actively collaborate within the marketing team and other relevant departments to share and develop creative ideas

- Develop an in house video and photo asset library, supporting both the videographer and photographer to deliver inspiring imagery that fits the brand guidlines

- Manage the development and production of integrated marketing communications and content across the full channel mix (design, copywriting, multi-media, photography, video) and making sure you're owning the end to end creative process

- Make sure you deliver a full range of integrated marketing assets - print ads, digital and social media advertising content, email design and content, website content, direct mail, brochures and sales collateral

- Keeping up to date with external trends and latest marketing techniques, including competitor strategies and audience insights, bringing this knowledge back in-house to develop and enhance their creative outputs

Experience Required :

- Must have a design degree or equivalent

- At least 5 years experience within the creative industry

- Highly creative with a track record in producing high-quality, audience-centric marketing content for delivery in a multi-channel environment - on and offline creative design experience, including social media

- Portfolio of work that demonstrates your skill and capabilities, leading a full service creative studio

- Knowledge and experience in a full production cycle for print - direct mail and brochures

- A proven leader who is able to inspire and coach a team

- Have excellent project management skills and capabilities, leading full service creative studio
