Your primary responsibility will be the smooth running of the production studio within a creative team. You will develop & maintain efficient processes, whilst building client relationships and overseeing the delivery of print, motion and digital work.

Manage the design studio and ensure the smooth running of the production teams' workflow and administrative processes to achieve the goals you set for the team.


This company is looking for their Studio Manager to have experience in an agency environment managing a production team of graphic designers, html web designers and video editors. You'd need to be someone with a commercial mind and have experience in planning and managing a busy artwork schedule to meet client deadlines.

In this role you'll have the autonomy to be creative, so you must feel confident directing a small team of artworkers and content writers, as well editing content and managing client expectations.

Desirable would be graphics or copywriting skills with the ability to help out the team on occasion.
