Description

As a senior tender / bids writer you will provide comprehensive and professionally written proposal content that articulates the organisation's value proposition in a form that can be readily interpreted by the customers.

* You will advise and help lead on the strategy and use your expertise in planning how you help to attract revenue funding to help improve customer experience to help with the well-being.
* You will help develop a strong understanding of the primary drivers of each bid, ensure all elements are accurately expressed and that submitted proposals are in-line with company strategies, policies, procedures and regulations.
* You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a revenue funding plans and you will make recommendations to drive progress to senior managers and governance bodies and ensure agreed priorities are pursued and delivered.
* You will ensure the voice of the customer has a strong influence to drive excellent customer service and experience.


Profile

Senior Tender, Bids, Proposals Manager

* A track record in bids / tender writing end to end process
* Be able to collate all new proposal content to form a bid library for future use
* Ability to listen and influence at senior management level.
* You will have experience of successfully bidding for funding to develop services for customers and working within a commissioning environment for service delivery.
* You will be familiar with achieving effective customer engagement through a variety of mechanisms and have experience of delivering change within a customer focused environment.
* You will have strong communication and able to manage a large stakeholder group
* You will be the type of person who can manage complex situations with sensitivity and objectivity and therefore develop strong working relationships and partnerships internally and externally.
* Ideally you would have worked for the NHS, Commissioning, Government or third sector

It is essential that you are a specialist bids/ tender writer with first class writing skills. You will have had experience writing complex bids and experience leading the content development for large, strategic opportunities
