As a Data Integration- DMP Manager (Data Management Platform) you will own and manage audience development and integration platforms. You will help to assist with audience planning and customer journey building via a variety of technology (Adobe) & agency partners including multi-touch attribution and DMP activation.

You will have the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice-versa

This is an exciting opportunity where you will help to lead the strategic marketing technology transfer and data road-map

You will bridge the gap between the marketing (customer experience) and the technology behind it,

You will need to be technical but also have a strong understanding from a digital marketing perspective. You will work across department with senior stakeholders offering advice.

You will help to drive the marketing department's digital transformation that aims to deliver an enhanced experience to our customers across our digital touch-points.

You'll implement technical solutions, manage ongoing change and help implement the strategy.

You will need to be an expert in SQL as you will need to support the Customer Insight teams in delivering true customer analytics.


* Manage a team
* Work with and influence senior stakeholders across the business
* Manage and look at how you can improve the customer journey by personalising the experience with the customers whilst interacting across various marketing channels.
* Ensuring a clearly defined marketing technology and data road-map is delivered
* Implementation and on-going management of an integrated customer data platform
* Focusing on data to target, automate and personalise for marketing activities
* Implementing marketing technologies to optimise digital marketing, communication and performance
* Ensuring marketing activities are intelligently tested, analysed and reported on to key stakeholders, while providing a feedback to the marketing teams
* Reviewing the digital marketing processes are put in place to deliver and track campaign activity


As a Senior Digital Technology / Digital Platform Manager you would have previously lead the strategic road-map for marketing technology stack and implemented technical solutions.

* You must understand data management platforms AND Marketing technologies ideally Adobe, Google or something similar

* You must have extensive experience of marketing technologies but also be a creative digital marketeer as you are bridging the gap.

* You will have the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice-versa

* You must have strong people skills and be able to communication across departments at a senior level

* You would have previous managed a team

* Understand multi-channel marketing and technology stacks

* Marketing analytics, automation and personalisation

* Digital marketing optimisation and customer data platforms

* Systems knowledge (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
