A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and digitally minded Marketing Executive to join a driven and talented marketing team at an established professional body in the insurance and finance sector.

As Customer Marketing Executive, based in the City of London, you will be responsible for developing, executing, monitoring and measuring marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix supporting the organisations learners to reach exam success. You'll work closely with other internal teams to develop your campaigns, and to make sure all communications are customer-centric, relevant and meet business objectives.

This role would suit someone with strong attention to detail, good communication, digital marketing and analytical skills and who is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels - both formally and informally. The ability to work within a busy target driven environment is essential and you will be able to demonstrate the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

It will be an advantage if you have experience in a similar role within either an education or financial services industry.

Key responsibilities:

* Deliver creative and engaging campaigns across digital and print
* Write techincal and creative marketing copy and key messages
* Tracking, measurement and reporting of campaigns delivered
* Coordinating marketing briefs and activities to ensure the efficient and timely deployment of all campaigns
* Drive continuous performance improvements, review market activity, explore new ideas and identify opportunities
* Ensure that all communications are customer-centric, relevant and meet business objectives
* Collaborate with other stakeholders across the business alongside external business partners, local institutes, networks and marketing agencies.

Key Skills/Experience

* Experience and strong understanding of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and email
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience of updating and editing website content
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, in an enthusiastic and diverse team
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their role in campaign management
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and adept at creating reports and strategy based on data analysis
* Preparing regular marketing reports and presenting to internal stakeholders
