As the Amazon Account Lead you will take overall responsibility for driving sales and managing the online Amazon product catalogue.

Client Details

My client specialises in designing and making mobile phone and laptop accessories. Still relatively young, they have an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a very collaborative way of working.


As the Amazon Account Lead your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

* Build strategic relationships with the partner, acting as a gatekeeper and briefing representative to internal teams for new Amazon programs covering marketing, advertising and operations.

* Manage and update the online Amazon product catalogue, including setting up new products and promotional items and maintaining product and category pages.

* Monitor and report weekly sales performance and analytics across multiple platforms in excel. Provide recommendations and act as needed to increase reviews and performance.

* Build channel marketing strategy to support account objectives and commercial goals.

* Work closely with the marketing team to deliver brand and product messages, creating compelling assets relevant to the digital environment.

* Understanding of sponsored products and adverts, designing and executing strategy around PPC and Analysing performance metrics to ensure learnings are derived and optimised for future executions.

* Own the merchandising and visual identity of their brand, ensuring content is correct and up to date.

* Manage brand reputation on Amazon, ensuring a first-class customer experience and responding to customer queries, managing reviews, and effective policing of third party sellers.


The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the below skills and attributes:

* Having previously worked in a similar digital role working with Amazing is essential.
* Full working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central and all associated tools and contact points contained therein.
* Knowledge of Brand Registry portal desirable but not essential.

* Online product SKU creation.

* Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions.

* Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.

* Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally.

* Able to adapt to change and the rapid evolution within the digital landscape.

* Additional language a benefit (French, German, Spanish, Italian).
