Responsible for driving growth of brands within the category portfolio to drive competitive advantage, profitable growth, increase brand value and maximise return on marketing investment. A full 360 marketing role, working with leading global agencies on the full ATL/BTL mix!

Key responsibilities of the candidate will include:

* Full 360 end to end marketing mix

Applies insight-based tools to develop winning portfolio strategies to maximise consumer value and competitive advantage.

Creates a future focused and inspiring vision/growth strategy for the category underpinned by deep consumer, customer and shopper insight and a clear understanding of the competitive and relevant external trends.
* Understands how to define a compelling brand purpose, positioning and architecture that gives the brand superior competitive advantage. Can articulates a 1 year brand vision, goals and strategy that builds brand equity and profitably grows the brand.

Works with brand team to define how to unlock the consumer opportunity using brand communications along the path to purchase. Is involved in the development of integrated one year activation plans addressing consumer growth opportunities and supporting the category and customer selling stories to maximise our POP impact across relevant channels.

Fluid, coherent, and dynamic execution of plans and activities, intelligent monitoring of the impact on consumer, customer and shopper behaviour and the optimisation of the experience in real time to deliver and improve MROI.

Identifies meaningful category, consumer, shopper and competitor behaviour and needs.
* Strong, impactful and effective written and verbal communication skills
* Compelling selling techniques to convince a variety of stakeholders that your solution or recommendation leads to the optimum outcome for the brand

Communicates effectively with all levels (up, down, and across) both internally & externally with agency partners.

Makes decisions in a timely manner and delivers results on time. Considers alternatives and develops contingency plans.
* Distils insights and translates them into solutions that can build competitive advantage and are commercially compelling.
* Demonstrate an ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve brand goals.

Shows drive & determination and a clear passion for brands & business.
