This is a very exciting time to join a leading Consumer organisation in their search of a Senior CRM Communications Officer. They are performing extremely well and are looking for someone o join their fast - paced team in West London.

Description

Main responsibilities of the Senior CRM Communications Officer based in West London will be, but not limited to:

* To set up, schedule and deliver the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing communications throughout the applicant journey. Look at the CRM marketing communications need to be created, tested, implemented and evaluated on an ongoing basis as part of the overall recruitment cycle, with customer experience front of mind.

* This is a highly specialist role requiring a strong combination of marketing ability and customer relationship management skills, together with the ability to interpret insight & data and provide effective recommendations for improvements. The post-holder will be required to work cross-functionally with the wider CMSR directorate and beyond, co-ordinating CRM marketing communications activity with stakeholders in the organisation.
* Drive forward the marketing communications plan for CRM, ensuring that all CRM-led communications are optimised across the journey and are aligned to CMSR objectives and the overall marketing activity schedule.
* Ensure that insight and data is used to shape and optimise all CRM communication initiatives.
* Set up all CRM communications using appropriate content sourced from the wider Marketing team; support the wider Marketing team with guidance where appropriate, using CRM brand guidelines and expertise to improve content development and the look and feel.
* Ensure that all CRM marketing communications are on brand - appropriate tone of voice and look and feel - to ensure alignment across channels to effectively target the different audience segments.
* Set up and maintain recipient conditions and filters for each CRM communication
