As an audience planner, you will provide effective guardianship and management of different audience groups – in-line with Oxfam GB’s audience and public engagement strategies and through specific audience development programmes.
You will also generate the engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty needed from both existing and new audiences to deliver Oxfam GB's public engagement (income & influencing) and brand health objectives.
What we are looking for
You are an experienced planner, with strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships - inspiring, consulting and influencing across all levels. You have experience of developing and delivering audience-led marketing campaigns which match the needs of audiences with the organisation’s objectives, in either a commercial or charity context.
With a strong commercial focus, you are target driven and focused on using evidence (from whatever source) to drive strong business decisions. You are organised and able to meet deadlines.
You are passionate about providing best-in-class audience-led communications, and have an equal passion for telling the impact stories of Oxfam’s work in inspiring ways, and will use these to deliver audience plans which inspire people to support our goal to beat poverty.
