To deliver effective and engage content marketing, lead generation and marketing campaigns, as well as supporting the strategic both sales and marketing objectives.

Client Details

A leading global provider of people assessments tools.


The key responsibilities are:

* Work with key stakeholders and other relevant teams to understand marketplace trends, customer insights and competitor research

* Work with subject matter experts and other relevant teams to create content (both planned and ad hoc) for UK and international lead generation

* Own end-to-end production process for generation of case studies and customer stories working collaboratively with Sales and including story identification, interviewing customers, copywriting and/or video directing and distribution using relevant channels.

* Ensure delivery of innovative, on-brand materials (working with Marketing and internal/external design resource as appropriate).

* Create clear and concise briefs and liaise effectively with agencies, designers and printers as required.

* Plan, develop and implement effective integrated marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix, to time and budget.

* Manage the production of and effective distribution of marketing materials, to time and budget, including leaflets, brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters, emails, blogs, website.

* Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, workshops and exhibitions working collaboratively with the Training & Events team to meet agreed objectives.

* Evaluate and report on marketing activity, including successes and recommended improvements, to the International Marketing Manager and key stakeholders.


The successful candidate will have and/or be:

* Outstanding communication skills (excellent written English and extensive copywriting experience).

* Organised with excellent time and workload management.

* Project management experience

* Creative and excellent attention to detail and innovative

* High level of interpersonal skills

* Strong and proactive team player.

* Ability to work to tight deadlines and ability to multi-task.

* Experience in lead generation.

* Experience of planning and executing end-to-end integrated campaigns.

Job Offer

The Communications Marketing Executive will get up to £27,000 pa (DOE) plus corporate benefits.
