Looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join the marketing team to provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies as well as direct responsibility for certain marketing tasks and channels.

You will report into our Marketing Manager and together you will collaborate in all stages of our marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you develop your current marketing skills and acquire new knowledge such as business acumen and commercial awareness to help you gain broad experience in marketing and help you further your career in any fast-paced work environment.

Interviews will be help week commencing the 9th or 10th of September
The main duties of the role will include: -

* With the Head of Marketing and Events and Marketing Manager, you will work closely to devise and implement campaign activity with clear outputs and measures.
* Manage day-to-day content and updates across the department and fairs websites, intranet and social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Working with marketing colleagues, manage the production and delivery marketing materials, attend and organise networking events/conferences/graduate fairs to support the Sales and Senior Leadership Team.
* Creating and proof-reading communications for colleagues across the team, ensuring consistency of messaging, paying close attention to grammar and spelling, adhering to brand guidelines.
* Working with in-house colleagues and external creative agencies to produce marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations, posters, brochures, reports, flyers, whitepapers and exhibition stand material.

* Monitor, analyse and report on the progress of customer and prospect engagement activities and campaign performance using Google Analytics and the CRM reporting function, to help generate new ideas and initiatives.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below: -

* Ability to work in a team, executing online and offline marketing campaigns
* Ability to work independently, managing your own workload following a brief from manager and colleagues

* A keen self-starter with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
* A great communicator with good verbal, written, email and telephone communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
* Friendly and outgoing, enjoys building new relationships and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Business acumen and commercial awareness
* Outstanding organisational and general administrative skills
* Excellent IT skills, tech-savvy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and social media channels. Proficient in Microsoft (Word and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge and experience of website content management systems and software
* Knowledge and understanding of web analytics, Google Analytics
* Knowledge of Adobe creative suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
* Knowledge of ConnectWise and Microsoft Teams
* Knowledge of Drupal or similar system
* Degree in marketing and/or communications discipline (or equivalent)
* Relevant Marketing Experience
