The role of digital acquisition specialist is for an exciting high growth consumer brand with exciting and innovative plans. They are based in South West London and have a global presence.

Client Details

The client is head quartered in London, but they have a strong presence in the US, Europe and Australia. They have exciting, ethically driven innovation plans and are pushing their designs to become more 'lifestyle/fashion' focused.


The role of digital acquisition specialist includes the following responsibilities:

Delivering e-commerce growth by executing digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including display, re-targeting, paid social, search, and affiliates.

* Strategy: Working with e-commerce & marketing team to develop and implement a digital acquisition strategy that achieves the businesses commercial objectives.

* Marketing calendar: Managing and maintaining a detailed calendar of digital marketing activity, liaising with e-com, marketing, product and sales teams to ensure alignment on product launches, seasonality, marketing campaigns, promotions etc.

* Agency management: Managing relationship and performance of 3rd party agencies responsible for certain aspects of digital acquisition activity.

* Localisation: Adapting and tailoring activity to meet requirements of different markets to drive optimum performance.

* Reporting & analytics: Conduct constant monitoring and analysis of available data streams. Develop and implement a reporting framework for all activity and presenting regular updates to wider team & business.


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

* Digital performance marketing with a focus on new user/customer acquisition

* Experience of driving acquisition within an e-commerce businesses or business unit

* Experience of working in multiple markets across EMEA and North America is desired but not essential

* Highly analytical, data driven and obsession with delivering continuous improvement

* Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

* Excellent project management skills including prioritisation and planning

* Self-starter who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity and change

* Experience of using digital marketing platforms such as Google Marketing platform, Facebook Ads Manager and Criteo.

* Have a positive attitude and be resilient in an environment of change and transition

* Experience with web analytics tools and data driven insights

* Degree educated
