We're in the process of supporting a fast growth fintech, who specialise in running credit propositions for retailers, including some of the UK's best known high street and ecommerce brands. If you're interested in the likes of Monzo, Nutmeg, Transferwise etc, and you're open to a new challenge in a business that puts huge emphasis on autonomy and career progression - this would be an amazing new opportunity. They've grown from 50 people to 300 in the last few years and, with ambitions to float in the next 2-3 years, they're showing no signs of slowing down!

The company's recently embarked on a high profile customer care project and are now looking to hire a marketing manager to run campaigns for this programme across email, DM, SMS and push. This is one of the largest projects across the business and, as a result, has unparalleled senior stakeholder exposure - for example, the successful candidate will work hand in hand with the marketing director on a weekly basis.

We're seeking candidates with expertise in D2C marketing communications. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in CRM and ideally some experience in a regulated environment - preferably financial services. You'll be an expert of navigating complex change - a resourceful project manager with the ability to work with high profile senior stakeholders.
