An opportunity for a talented and tenacious junior marketer who is looking to do some great things, working for a company that is looking to change the game within Music Technology.


Client Details

My client are a Music Technology Start-Up who have created a platform which combines both Music and Artificial Intelligence to provide a commerical solution for a host of different B2B customers.


Description

Key responsibilities for the successful applicant will include but not be limited to:

* Supporting the Head of Business Development in the design and execution of the businesses' marketing strategy.

* Formulate and execute data driven marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition for product and services.

* Have responsibility for all marketing material and collateral utilising demonstrable copy writing skills.

* Own all social channels and create a robust content marketing plan to support further acquisition.

* Report on and recap all activities and measurement KPIs, highlighting insights and success to ensure we are making data-driven decisions on future marketing activity.

* Work closely with the Head of BD to develop the right messaging and approach to PR and media enquiries.

* Develop and execute on a calendar of events, networking and speaking opportunities while working cross-functionally with team members from business development, design and product.


Profile

Key attributes of the successful candidate will include but not be limited to:

* Being a passionate B2B marketer, ideally with experience in SaaS or launching a digital B2B product who takes pride in driving results with responsibility for analysing, testing, reiterating, and improving your work based on those results.

* You're a zero-defect operator. Managing our marketing strategy from A to Z requires obsessive attention to detail and commitment to precision. None of that scares you because you are hungry for results.

* You are a serious multi-tasker. You'll manage pieces of business critical work end-to-end. You are a master at handling different stakeholders and juggling deadlines.

* You know how to work both autonomously, as part of a small nimble team, and cross-functionally with various departments with a strong ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

* You're a data lover. You thoroughly enjoy digging into the data, identifying trends and patterns, and gathering insights that will help improve overall marketing effectiveness.

* You're an innovator. You'll partner with your colleagues to explore and develop new channels and tools to maximise marketing impact and effectiveness, utilising your creativity with strategic thinking skills

* You are an exceptional communicator. You have experience collaborating effectively with creative and commercial functions. You inspire people to action.

* You have natural leadership tendencies. Your track record shows numerous occasions of bringing people together, formally or informally, to accomplish something you're passionate about.
