Key Responsibilities:

* Formulate and deliver the marketing plan and strategy for all businesses in the group
* Be able to work closely with the directors on brand development of new and existing concepts, with a focus on strategic market positioning of each of the brands
* Be the brand ambassador and brand guardian for each concept
* Work with PR agencies
* Be creative with content and and marketing ideas
* Provide weekly and monthly budgets and reports to directors and track progress of various marketing campaigns
* Write copy for all websites, digital pieces and brand presentations
* Develop the tone of voice for each of the brands

The ideal candidate:

* Have a minimum 2:1 in a relevant matter (e.g Marketing, English Literature)
* Have the ability to hit the ground running and come up with their own strategies and execution plans
* Be able to work independently
* Have a list of contacts in the industry - e.g photographs, videographers, printers, SEO specialists etc
