Brand Manager

Fantastic Brand Manager supporting the SBM/ MM across all marketing activities, including BTL, digital, social, ATL (including TV).

This toy company has a number of brands in their portfolio. You will also have ownership for some of your own brands and be responsible for delivering  key brands within the UK portfolio from conception through to launch, developing and implementing marketing campaigns as well as financial accountability.

About the role:

  • Brand analysis and reporting
  • Selecting SKU’s for the local markets, deciding which brands fit the market/retailer
  • Brand Activation  - responsibility for ATL and BTL communications
  • ATL-  including managing TVC development/ edits
  • Assist with A&P plan, manage agencies and advertising budgets
  • Working with Sales teams on Sell in decks, POS development, In store pricing and promotion
  • Digital Marketing activity
  • Social Media – content creation and calendar of activity ownership
  • Work on Licensing activity
  • Work with key retailers- including Asda, Tesco, Argos

About you:

  • You will have previous experience of another consumer brand
  • Ideally at  ABM level and looking for a step up
  • Can demonstrate ownership of own projects and be able to work in a small team
  • Curious and creative- love spotting new trends and coming up with engaging marketing plans  
  • Very organised, able to build project timelines and manage projects to time and budget
  • Able to juggle multiple projects
  • Ideally have a car and drivers licence
