An exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services business in Surrey. You will develop their brand building and marketing strategy, manage the marketing budget and create guidelines that define the Company's voice both online and offline.

Description

The key responsibilities for this role:

* You will quickly assess the company's current position from feedback from their Sales teams, wider employees, brokers & their customers.
* You will develop their brand building and marketing strategy.
* You will have & maintain an in-depth knowledge of their insurance products.
* You'll review all of their current brand and assets.
* You will work closely & collaboratively with the sales teams to develop a range of assets to describe their plans.
* You will maintain a good awareness of what their competitors are offering.
* You will create guidelines that define the Company's voice both online and offline.
* You'll create a range of email campaigns for their customers.
* You will manage the marketing budget.
* You will review assets frequently to keep their content & design fresh, innovative and relevant.
* You'll be proactive in developing the design and content of their web-site and keeping it current, relevant and fresh.
* You'll devise and implement new ideas as to how they can better market their plans and services across a range of channels.


Profile

The successful candidate:

* An enthusiastic and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

* A strategic thinker who wants to join a successful business which gives you the opportunity to put your ideas into practice

* A motivated, self-starter who can work both alone and in a team

* Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy

* Well organised, efficient and methodical

* Able to follow a plan from inception to implementation, through to evaluation

* Experience in brand development and management with a solid portfolio of brand building achievements

* Preferably experience in the Financial Services industry

* Strong social media digital marketing experience

* Agency/supplier management experience
