This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join a leading brand as they focus out into Digital / Ecommerce data to drive the heart of the consumer organisation. You will report directly into the COO of the business but will be exposed to all areas of the business in order to make sure you are analysing all avenues of data through different online and offline streams.

Main responsibilities of the Digital Analyst based in Surrey will be but will not be limited to:

* Identify and prioritise areas of development through in-depth analysis of the user journey, recommending the most appropriate solutions, assisting in implementation and including assessment of potential business impact

* Analysis of key traffic areas of the website to identify trends and actionable insights that further improve conversion, retention and acquisition - Using Google Analytics

* Develop omnichannel insight, providing the business with a holistic customer view

* Work with senior management to define, develop and drive the data and analytics strategy
* Lead a team who will champion a data driven environment and provide insight from multiple data sources across the business

* Apply analysis to the customer database and provide user segmentation for marketing around recency, frequency, monetary and product group affiliation

* Present the results of analysis (including trends, behavioural changes, opportunities and engagement drivers) to senior stakeholders across the business

* Promote a test and learn culture, championing A/B testing and using data to assist in decision making to drive engagement and conversion rate optimisation

* Take ownership of analytic tools and services ensuring that all tags and processes are fully documented and maintained


The successful candidate for the Digital Analyst role will have:

Google Analytical Skills

Proficient with Excel

Great with data manipulation and segmentation

Great with Stakeholder engagement

Ability to work with many different data channels - Social Media, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, eCommerce channels, Website Data, CRM Data.
