Our client are the Global Leader in their specialist services and products, they are based in West London.


Description

The Marketing Co-ordinator will work in supporting an immediate team of 3 but are part of a much bigger marketing group. The role's key responsibilities are:

* Execute timely and persuasive marketing communications in order to support renewal sales through increasing engagement and usage reporting

* Provide digital and traditional marketing support including, but not limited to, building email campaigns, managing monthly newsletters, updating and creating landing pages, event logistics, advertisement coordination and scheduling social media posts

* Run the team's marketing administration, including purchase order management, stock take, supplier list management, customer inbox management
* Be the go-to person for data entry, data quality, data enrichment and data extraction for the business, as well as managing the opt in/opt out process

* Liaise with numerous departments and stakeholders throughout the Group

* Understand the department's commercial objectives and deliver results in line with these objectives and marketing plans


Profile

The candidate that secures this position will bring the right mix of skills and personal attributes:

* Experience of email communication

* Excellent excel and word skills, (SAP, Salesforce and Crystal reporting would be an advantage)

* Excellent organisational and project management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

* Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and highly productive environment

* Must have all-round commercial abilities and knowledge with the ability to keep wider business objectives in mind at all times

* Numerate and analytical

* Excellent attention to detail

* Must have a "can-do" attitude

* Must be willing to learn new skills and knowledge

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with and support cross-functional teams

* Must be proactive and demonstrate a willingness to actively drive efficiencies and improvements
