Client Details

One of the biggest players within one of the biggest categories (drinks). Home to some of the best known FMCG brands, they've managed to put a structure in place that belies their size priding themselves on a hugely collaborative working environment that allows for genuine ownership. There's room for their employees to grow, develop and most importantly, do things.

They've been agile, constantly innovating to stay ahead of the market without compromising on brand equity (for existing brands) and the quality of their product.

The Revenue growth team sits within the Customer Development team that includes both shopper marketing and category teams.

Established a couple of years ago, the function considers factors including pricing, promotion effectiveness, trade terms optimisation to identify areas for improvement.

Reporting into the Revenue Growth Controller, you will be expected to:

* Provide resources and analysis to support achievement of business and brand objectives by monitoring compliance with promotional guidelines and 'golden rules', implement, track and report pre and post- event promotional evaluation processes
* Identify, capture and communicate key learnings to inform future customer execution planning
* Track the application of a clear, consistent and defensible trade investment framework, evaluate and track compliance with defined pricing corridors
* Support commercial teams in account planning processes applying RGM tools to provide analytical basis for investment decision making

The Revenue Growth Executive will either be analytically minded with commercial experience (national accounts, category or insights) or commercially minded from an analytical function (finance, insights).

FMCG experience is a must in this instance.

A strong understanding of in-store levers for growth (category, trade, pricing) is an invaluable platform for a successful Revenue Growth Executive.

Equally important is demonstrable commercial and analytical acumen.
