Newly-Created Digital Marketing Executive role at the forefront of driving growth agenda at one of the most ambitious scale-ups going.

As Digital Marketing Executive you'll be expected to:

* Define and implement the Organic Performance Marketing Strategy,
* Ensure profitable growth in qualified visitors and revenue through SEO and referral scheme.
* Launch and drive performance of the newly create sales channel to meet plan expectations.
* Manage the budget, build and adapt the financial forecast via clear agency management

You'll also be expected to contribute to/support on the following:

* Customer referral programmes - creating campaigns and reviewing propositions
* Affiliate - contribute to increasing traffic and conversion of new customers
* Display channels, retargeting and programmatic campaigns.
* Create and execute new campaign ideas and implement industry best practices.
* Work with the trading team to ensure all activities are captured within the trade plan and look to create new customer propositions.
* Work closely with the marketing team, agencies and 3rd parties to identify and explore opportunities to support new acquisition and retention initiatives.
* Help with the validation of commissions for partners
* Conduct competitor/market research to enhance our understanding of market conditions and customer behaviours to assist our business development planning


The ideal candidate will have had exposure to performance marketing channels across paid and organic.

You'll have worked in high growth, data driven environments with a preference for utilities, telcos, online gaining and ecommerce.

An appreciation of aggregators/price comparison sites is a huge plus.

Just as important as the above is someone who is ambitious with lots of initiative and the desire to make a genuine impact.
