The Thought Leadership Marketing Executive will be an excellent project manager and relationship builder who is passionate about creating compelling thought-leadership content that builds engagement.

The role will be responsible for developing, managing and coordinating content tasks and other projects related to thought leadership delivery. This will involve working collaboratively with business partners and colleagues to map out and develop content ideas across a range of formats for distribution across multiple channels. This will include articles, films, podcasts, printed material, infographics, events, social media and web. The Thought Leadership Marketing Executive will be digitally-savvy, thrive on building relationships, passionate about branding and excited by the idea of coordinating dynamic content initiatives on a regular basis.

Key Duties

* Act as a key liaison for internal customers and stakeholders to build relationships, understand their needs and develop solutions that deliver impact.
* Collaborate with contractors and agencies, with an understanding of when to bring in external expertise, to support in-house capability in the design of brand content/materials or the development of campaigns/initiatives.
* Review content developed in-house or by agencies against internal quality assurance processes to ensure it meets brand guidelines.
* Plan and deliver a range of projects/campaigns, and/or contribute to more complex projects/campaigns with guidance from more senior colleagues, to ensure delivery against project time, cost and quality standards, and targets.
* Coordinate the tracking of engagement levels, response rates and achievement of key performance indicator targets against project or campaign objectives.
* Liaise across the team to prepare reports to inform review, planning and decision-making.
* Build and maintain an understanding of London Business School's offerings and what differentiates the School from competitors, for use in the development of brand and thought leadership content.
* Monitor the development of new techniques, technology and trends in own area and use insights to suggest new ways of working to support innovation in content development and production.
* Collaborate closely with team members and other departments across the School to enable cross department working, sharing of intelligence, identifying new opportunities and a stronger development of the content.
* Monitor processes, systems and practices within area of specialism, plan and carry out regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement in light of changing needs, feedback and/or current best practice thinking; follow through on improvement once agreed.

The successful candidate will be: -

* Super organised and excellent in project management
* Excellent attention to detail
* Understand and have experience with content development and production processes (you will be working directly with in-house designers, photographers, writers, editors and other freelancers).
* Be a pro in writing briefs for assets
* Strong communications skills - you will need to be able to keep people up to speed, on-track and feedback progress on projects at all stages
* Focused on quality delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
* Production of high-quality branded content
* Contribution to the overall success of content initiatives
* Projects/campaigns delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards and targets.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Project management
* Working with a diverse and complex stakeholder management group
* Content and campaign management experience
* Digitally savvy
