This role is responsible for designing, planning and running recruitment campaigns to select judicial office holders up to and including the High Court in England and Wales. We have a statutory duty to select solely on merit, while keeping our selection processes open to the widest range of applicants.

Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:


* Develop, implement and evaluate communications campaigns (outreach) for selection exercises, using a variety of channels to suit the user and working with staff and stakeholders
* Support delivery and policy teams to create and distribute content, including marketing for recruitment campaigns, stakeholder events and communications for policy and change initiatives (including internal campaigns)
* Provide communications support such as writing content for online and print channels responding to media inquiries, media monitoring, and designing/creating visual content
* Provide evaluation across communication activity, analysing evaluation and making recommendations for change and improvement
* choose the best channel and format for information and suggest ideas if there is a gap
* Planning and implementing outreach communications for all selection exercises
* advising on the use of stakeholder communications channels and producing content
* Leading on internal communications campaigns
* provide communications support to the organisation, including content creation, briefings and media monitoring

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: -

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong IT and digital skills
* Knowledge of different communications channels and ability to provide advice on the most appropriate channels depending on context and user needs.
* Producing content for online or print and multi channels
* Knowledge of campaign planning using the OASIS model
* Knowledge of performance analysis report using web analytics tools and how to use this data to improve communications
* Creating visual content for social media
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Ideally Public-sector experience
* At least five years' experience in a communications role
