The role of Head of CRM (Customer Campaigns) is for a leading global business services company who have both B2C and B2B elements to their marketing. This role will be based in London and will play a key role in the Customer Marketing journeys by managing the effectiveness of campaigns and creating optimal CRM communication journeys.

The client is a global company, head quartered in the UK. They have both a B2C and B2B client base and are one of the leaders in their industry.


The role of Head of CRM (Customer Campaigns) will include the following responsibilities:

Develop key CRM strategies to optimise customer engagement and lifetime value for maximum ROI
Oversee the delivery of campaigns and put in place appropriate testing measures
Create and manage trigger email campaigns for the full customer lifecycle
Develop and execute key re-activation programmes, to proactively manage the database
Work closely with key teams to ensure high quality customer data
Monitor and report on KPIs
Proactively suggest new ideas and present these to senior stakeholders


The ideal candidate for the position of Head of CRM (Customer Campaigns) for this London based company will possess the following:
Have a strong track record of delivering customer campaigns that maximise the CLTV
Have utilised systems such as Eloqua, Marketo, Exact Target, Salesforce etc.
Can clearly demonstrate a test and learn approach and understanding of how to optimise the customer journey for maximum profitability
Excellent understanding segmentation and utilisation of multiple data sets
Previously created trigger campaigns based on behavioural analysis
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
Be degree educated, with a min. 2:1
