Manchester235 is one of the largest and most successful casinos in the North of England, home to celebrity chef James Martin's restaurant and is part of the largest gaming organisation in the world, Caesars Entertainment UK. An opportunity had now arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the existing team.

The key remit of the role is the formulation and delivery of engaging marketing, customer acquisition, retention and revenue acceleration campaigns. In addition, the role will assume the role of ambassador for the Manchester235 brand and you will align the brand across the Caesars Entertainment portfolio, all in order to drive brand awareness, sales, profit, corporate reputation and profile.

Key responsibilities:

* Responsible for the development and execution of the casinos annual marketing calendar ensuring it supports financial and strategic goals.

* Execute national and central promotions as advised by Group Marketing.
* Establish key target audience segments for the casino and ensure we are the brand of choice for those segments in the local market.
* Set performance metrics for the marketing function around revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
* Responsible for managing the marketing budget to achieve visitation and revenue objectives for the business, ensuring all monthly forecasts are accurate and in line with budget.
* Responsible for the management and maintenance of all customer facing communications.

* Work cross functionally with the loyalty programme / food and beverage teams to maximise F&B revenues.
* Oversee sales and events team, ensuring revenue opportunities are maximised for all business areas.
* Prepare quarterly reports and promotional performance analysis focusing on ROI and profitability
* Monitor and evaluate competitor performance and ensure marketing programmes are driving market share.

The ideal candidate must have consumer facing marketing experience, previously managed a team or interested in doing so and a thorough understanding of the full marketing mix.
