The Digital Marketing Executive will proactively and passionately promote this established sportswear business through its online platform with some offline responsibility. This role is office-based in Devon.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established sportswear provider, and a market leader in its field.


The Digital Marketing Executive will:

* Execute the marketing calendar for all EU channels ensuring that all marketing campaigns are effective, are run to schedule and delivered to budget;
* Execute effective promotional campaigns including email, sponsorships and other consumer direct contact with a particular focus on web-based campaigns;
* Create and develop a high and positive user engagement across the Groups online presence;
* Execute all social media marketing across the EU group in line with brand requirements;
* Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly;
* Monitor brand reputation in dance related forums;
* Gather and analyse consumer behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings);
* Coordinate with the buying and wider teams to co-ordinate marketing efforts;
* Use web analytics to track, monitor and report success of online and offline marketing campaigns
* Own the banner update process, end to end, including writing copy;

* Monitor and develop the EU websites and make sure all images are uploaded, copy is positive and engaging across all pages, and to assist with website testing and development;Actively discover and track competitor marketing and customer acquisition strategies and feedback accordingly;
* Assist with catalogue launches, photoshoots, and events where required.

This role is office based in Devon.


The Digital Marketing Executive will:

* Have a proven, B2C Digital and Ecommerce track record
* Be Degree-educated in Marketing, or a Business-related field
* Have an eye for trends and product/merchandising
* Have the ability to evaluate marketing tools to ensure effective and efficient use
* Be creative
* Be brand-led
* Have an eye for trends and product/merchandising
* Have a strong commercial understanding and business acumen
* Have demonstrable strong communication & collaboration skills
* Have experience managing budgets
* Have a good level of self-awareness
* Be accountable

Be IT competent, knowledge of lnDesign and Photoshop would be advantageous
